I love collaborating with new people and teams as well as building on existing working relationships. Working closely with the director, I help create a visual style for the film, engaging the audience in the most effective manner suitable for the subject and context of the scene.

I am credited with the cinematography on a growing number of features, shorts, commercials and other fiction, and have worked on projects of all budgets, from zero budget, indie shorts to multi-million pound features.

My work has been screened all over the world, including in the Directors Guild of America (Hollywood) and at the British Film Institute (London) and have won a number of awards including Best Fiction Film (Royal Television Society Awards) and Best Cinematographer (48 Film Project).

In addition to working as an independent cinematographer, I also run my own production company called Wild Films Ltd. Producing branded content, documentaries and other projects requiring a complete end to end service, Wild Films oversees and organises films from start to finish.

Equipment

I have a high level of proficiency shooting with a wide range of cinema equipment including all types of lighting and most grip technologies, plus a wide variety of glass including anamorphic and super-telephoto lenses. Furthermore, I have been trained by Sony on their F65, F55, F5 and FS7 cinema cameras and 4K workflow, plus have extensive experience shooting with Arri, RED and Sony cameras, amongst others including the Phantom Flex 4K.

I am available for wet or dry hire (with or without camera equipment). Should it be required, I have my own Sony PXW-FS7 and a set of Zeiss Contax cinema lenses. The camera is available in Arri PL, Canon EF or Sony E mounts. Any other equipment, including Arri Alexas and RED Weapons are available on request.
